It would be super beneficial if there was a rounding function option when creating snips. In our EBP plan audits we are often rounding numbers in the trial balance, as well as the investment section. It would help us save even more time if we did not have to add a round function to every snip that we make.

Based on your databasis e.g. invoice number go through a specific group/folder of documents and search this invoice number. If the invoice number is found, go trough the same document/page to find the corresponding incoterm (or any other predefined string)

Since the recent Update the feature to import screenshots to datasnipper is no longer an option. In the past, when pasting a screenshot into excel, a pop up with "Do you want to import to datasnipper" appeared. Is it possible to include this feature again or is there now another way where I can import screenshots without having to save it and import it with "Import Documents"? Hi, users reported that if they import PDFs into an Excel File using DataSnipper, the document viewer opens that file everytime you open the Excel document. It would be nice to have an option to prevent DataSnipper Document Viewer from opening when opening an Excel File that contains imported PDFs. Regards

It would be super helpful if DataSnipper would bookmark pages that contain a snip. We use DataSnipper a lot in our EBP plan audits and when we export the certified statements or payroll reports it would be super nice to have DataSnipper bookmark our PDFs for use rather than having to manually go in and bookmark the documents.

Would be great if the search function allowed a "fuzzy search" to return any similar items. For example, if searching for a person's name and existing item is "Smith, John", the fuzzy search would find items in the PDF with similar names (like Smith or John Smith).

Screenshot option in data snipper works to ensure that when you select something for example in your web browser, a screenshot is taken and immediately uploaded to your excel workbook with the snip on it. (so what you need to do now is take a screenshot of page --> upload in excel --> OCR over it --> again select the area you want snipped.) What de feature could be is: select een area wit the tool. The tool wil make een screenshot of your screen en upload it directly to your excel workmap wit the snip on the area dat je selected.

With e.g. payslips, you want to redact the name, adress etc. This is always on the same spot of a page. Could you please make it possible to repeat the redacted part on other pages (or the option to select the pages where to apply this)

Add an option to export results to PDF instead of excel, highlighting any of the areas that changed.

In my case, I would like snips to always come out in Arial, black 10pt font and would like to be able to set that as my preference. The cell doesn't need to be highlighted to show that there is a data snip as I find that looks messy.
