Use form extraction to redact text fields over multiple of the same forms

Changing from Excel to 2nd screen mode now takes 3 clicks (Tab DATASNIPPER > Viewer > Screen mode). Could there be a button in the Viewer itself to switch between Excel and 2nd screen mode?

It would be usefull if form extraction works automatically documents which are added after the initial form extraction. Newly added documents to the form extraction with the same format of the first set of documents now need to be form snipped all over again.

Can the UI of import folder be made similar to import file functionality? (BDO Germany)

In DataSnipper you can add comments. Would it be possible to add more options to format a document, such as bold, colored or italic text to the PDF document?

When you upload two files with the same name, you override one file. Is it possible to automaticaly rename the other file, for example with +1?

By using the Delete button from DataSnipper, the format from your Excel cell also clears. In some cases, users want to keep the format style in Excel after deleting a Snip. Could it be possible to create a setting that allows you to keep the format in Excel after using the delete button?

With tables that have a larger space in between figures, DataSnipper is merging these figures together. The issue appears to be due to DataSnipper picking up spacing as a thousands separator. But in the attached example you can see the figures have a large space between them. This could be fixed by dictating a maximum width for spacing as a thousands separator.

As a user I would like to have options to set the desired number formatting per DataSnipper feature (Hogan Taylor)
