If possible, our teams would like to be able to change the color presets. We generally utilize red for tickmarks becasue it stands out more. We would like to be able to use red instead of blue to indicate that workpapers were ticked and tied

For the FSS, as a suggestion, instead of using only colors, I would suggest using different symbols.
For MA tickmarks for example, use <, ^ whenever agreed, same as you already implemented in the tool.
Use the Δ symbol to highlight how much the amount is off within the tickmark for both misstatements and highlighted amounts. For example, < - Δ 1.
For IC and PY, I would suggest the same methodology for highlights and differences. Just show this IC Δ -1, or PY Δ -1.
If you could then also indicate what the correct amount should be in a comment that can be exported to our PDF, that would make a lot of difference in documentation.

R.K.J. ter Laan: If the amount is incorrect, would you also show the difference? This would mean you could see something like: Δ 12345

@EElmer Zoomer a really great point, thanks for flagging this to us, i think we will look into how we can apply contrasting colours to adhere to UX guidelines in this topic.
