Add the option to export both pdf's side by side. (BDO SE)

We are using ABBYY finereader for version comparison check procedures, and that gives us annotated output files with highlights of changes identified and also creates a Summary of differences (word file) noted. Can we also get the same in FS Suite as FSS only gives highlights within tool and not able to give that back in the pdf version.

Request from RSM NL: Would be nice if the version comparison could be saved in an excel workbook so it can be reviewed / looked into by multiple users.

We use the Version Comparison feature to check various before/after reports (especially for data migration) and save plenty of hours by doing so. Unfortunately it also highlights non relevant changes (mostly different time stamps of the reports). This is not an issue for small reports but it makes this feature useless for bigger reports as each page will be highlighted. I would like to have the option to exclude key words and/or mark certain areas of a pdf to be excluded from the comparison.

Request to be able to save the reviewed version comparison workbook including highlights (green, approved/ red, improvement needed) for concluding if the changes are correctly made.

We'd like the version comparison to also have the option to download a report with all differences in Excel for us to analyze, in the structure: Page number, Topic (surrounding key for the changed data element), Data element old, Data element new, (IF numeric: Delta between old and new value), and the column "Comment". With reports that have more than 100 minor changes, this way it is easy for us to pick out the categories one-by-one and work through the changes efficiently. It would be extremely nice, if we'd be able to re-upload that Excel output file to DataSnipper, and automatically place the "Comment" remark that we have placed in the Excel file, back on the PDF document to have a consistent approach with the other Version Comparison procedures that we would perform in DataSnipper solely.

Delete comment | Once I add a comment, I can't find a way to delete it. Change approval | Is it possible to ad the options: • Change approved (Green) • Change not approved (Red) • Change not yet approved (Yellow)

In version comparision if you select the option to add a comment, and lets say you then change your mind to add it, there is no option to 'cancel' it. Even if you leave it empty it leaves a speech bubble. This might be resolved once we can 'delete' comment in version comparison, but maybe option to cancel might also be handy.
